Disrupting "Big Food"

Across the US, local food products are reemerging into local food markets and working their way across the internet.  While "Big Food" has the largest share of your local grocery store, some disruptors are challenging the notion that only the big guys can win.  Two of these local disruptors are Jonathan and Matt Burgess of Burgess Brothers.  Join us as Jonathan Burgess tell us the Burgess story about how they are part of challenging the status quo and brining fresh, local products to the Sacramento Valley area and beyond!

Importance of Individual Team Members

Every single person in your organization is important and they need to know it. They need to understand how they affect the success of the whole team. There’s an old saying, “United we stand but divided we fall”. However, working as a team can often be difficult. Encouraging team morale, knowing your team members different personalities, supporting them and helping them to feel valued can be a full time job. Leading and working with all those different dynamics on a daily basis can become quite a daunting task.  Join Coach V and the club for a timely discussion of team building
